Call of Duty 4 is taking the initiative to listen to it’s community and find out exactly what they want in terms of new maps for their currently top-rated Xbox Live game.  Fans have been begging for larger maps, more building access, and the ability for more close-quarters fighting.  You can expect just that when Infinity Ward releases the first batch of downloadable maps for the next-gen platforms in the coming weeks.

The upcoming map pack will consist of three maps, and while that may not be the largest number of maps ever released, we can rest assured that these maps will be very well done.  The maps are currently in the "playtesting phase", so we will be bringing you word on the apparent release of the maps as soon as we get word.
