Gears of War 2 is slated for this November, but a small detail was released today for users who buy the collector’s edition of the upcoming blockbuster, a golden weapon.

That’s right, you’re not playing Goldeneye or Call of Duty 4, but if you order the the Gears of War 2 collector’s edition, you’ll find a code to unlock a gold-plated Lancer (assault rifle) to use in the online play.

The collector’s edition also includes:
